“Antilles and South Caribbean”: The Best Choice for this Season

This is the perfect season to take a break and disconnect from your routine for a few days. Why not do it while discovering enchanting places with Pullmantur Cruises?

Pullmantur is the only company that offers a Latin-style cruise trip. Its “Antilles and South Caribbean” cruise takes guests on an eight-day and seven-night route aboard the Monarch, its flagship liner. It boards every Friday in the city of Colón, Panama.

Guests begin their vacation in Panama, a country famous for being home to one of the most spectacular engineering feats of the 20th century: the Panama Canal, which opened in 1914. It is impossible not to marvel when you see ships cross the canal from the Observation Center at the Miraflores Locks.

Next, guests have the opportunity to visit Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, one of the most beautiful cities of the Caribbean. Its walled city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, will amaze anyone who sees it.

Then comes Curaçao, where the traditional homes come with colorful façades. Saint Anna Bay divides the capital, Willemstad, into two neighborhoods: Punda and Otrobanda. Guests can walk through its streets or enjoy one of its magnificent beaches, or both, thanks to an eleven-hour stopover.

Next, it’s time for Bonaire, an island known worldwide for its incredible marine diversity. Here you can spend a long day on paradisiacal beaches or see how time flies when you swim among fish of a thousand colors: paradise surrounds you. After leaving Bonaire, the Monarch sets sail for Aruba, where Eagle Beach and the private Palm Island beaches are known as some of the best in the world.

“Antilles and South Caribbean” includes two days at sea, offering guests the opportunity to take full advantage of the Monarch: rest on a lounge chair to watch the horizon while the ship moves mile by mile and later, take a dip in the pool or Jacuzzi, join one of the activities organized by the entertainment team, exercise in the gym, or simply relax.

To make this trip even more memorable, many activities are offered during the stops in Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao, including snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, Jeep outings, Segway rides, water skiing, and kayaking.

Pullmantur Cruises offers services in Spanish, gourmet cuisine, and comfort and entertainment for all.
