From July 18 to 20, the picturesque district of Boquete in Chiriquí once again becomes a hub of specialty coffee as it celebrates Harvest 2025, which pays tribute to the work of Panamanian coffee estates and the excellence and potential of the world’s most award-winning coffee bean.
Conceived by food promoter Jorge Chanis Barahona, Harvest was created to introduce the general public to a world previously known only inside the industry: coffee as a cultural and tourism experience. Today, curated by the Specialty Coffee Association of Panama (SCAP) and supported by the Tourism Authority, the event offers a unique interactive and experiential format.

The three-day festival features activities such as tastings presided over by experts; tours of iconic coffee plantations; visits to tasting laboratories; and workshops on fermentation, roasting, and barista training. There will also be exhibitions by local producers and spaces for tasting coffees from different regions of Panama.
For the first time, Harvest will also be a tourism offering thanks to Klassic Travel, which has designed several types of experiences:
- Sunrise with Geisha atop the Barú volcano
- Happy hour at one of the most prestigious coffee estates in Panama
- Brunch and a coffee ritual inside the Río Cochea Grand Canyon.
- Workshop at a coffee plantation
- Admission to the Harvest closing ceremony
All packages include transfers, a specialized guide, and priority access to events and tasting venues. Reservations available through klassic-travel.com or Harvest’s official platforms.
