As the official magazine of Panama’s flag carrier airline, Panorama de las Américas remains faithful to its commitment to show the world the best of our beautiful country. In this edition, we travel to the heart of Panama and beyond, guided by a deep respect for the culture, history, and nature that define us.

We open with a fascinating journey through Chiriquí, a province that captivates with its temperate climate, its mountains dressed in coffee plantations, and its warm hospitality. But beyond the serene landscapes, we discover a vibrant territory where adventure, adrenaline, and connection with the land are the order of the day.

We also travel to the majestic San Lorenzo National Park, where colonial history comes alive among dense jungles and centuries-old fortifications. From the ancient roads of the Canal Zone to the walls of the San Lorenzo Real de Chagres Castle, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this journey immerses us in the most intense chapters of our heritage.

Puerto-Rico-Bad-Bunny
San Juan, Puerto Rico

And from Panama, we cross the Caribbean to land on the Island of Enchantment, inspired by Bad Bunny’s most recent album, “Debí tirar más fotos” . This work not only moved us with its music, but also drove us to discover a Puerto Rico that resists, that loves its roots and defends them through art, “chinchorreo,” and community tourism. We encounter Puerto Ricans who, through their local work, preserve a vibrant and resilient identity in the face of threats of cultural displacement.

This edition is a tribute to landscapes that take our breath away, to history that can still be heard in the stones, and to the spirit of those who not only live in these places, but make them their own with pride. Thank you for joining us once again on this journey through the Americas.

Welcome aboard!
